September introduced us to Tumbling/Gymnastics. We decided to enroll her at Gym Corner in Washington. I was a bit nervous - not knowing if she would enjoy it or not....well...Addison is LOVING it!!
Alivia "enjoys" watching (she doth protest enough that I think she wishes she could participate) her sister and tries to reenact some of the "moves" at home (thank goodness on the carpet). I'm pretty sure she can't WAIT until she's 3!!
This is how they start out each lesson - stretching.
Then it's a mix of the Balance Beam....
Jumping on/through a course....
beginning to learn how to do cart wheels....
hand stands....
a BIG course that involves weaving through cones, jumping in the middle of hoops, a cart wheel, somersaults..
the bars and jumping on a BIG trampoline....
and back bends!!
She continually asks as soon as we leave and throughout the week..."Mom, when am I going to Tumbling again? I want to go!"
